American Streetwear Fashion Brand SUPREME Sold for $2.1 Billion to VF who owns Vans, North Face, and Timberland

Supreme is the most popular Streetwear brand. The New York City based Streetwear brand is bought by VF who own bunch of companies like Vans, North Face, Timberland. 

  This brand is known for its limited edition drop and red box logo. VF and Supreme came into agreement to buy Supreme for $2.1 Billion. The company also said they would do additional payment. 

  The brand was founded in the year 1994 by American British guy called James jebbia. Since it was a small skateboard shop, This Brand played a major role in the Streetwear culture and also skateboarding culture. Now the value of this brand is over a billions

     This brand also collaborated with high fashion designer brand like Louis Vuitton and the collection was insanely unique. Products like Supreme x Louis Vuitton Box logo, box logo hoodie and also track pants, bandana and many more. 

  There will be camping before the release of the products. This brand has grown into a global phenomenon where the resale value of these products are completely insane. 

  They also collaborated with Japanese artists and American Rappers Like Gucci Mane and many more. Earlier they collaborated with Vans and North Face. Most of the revenue company owns through online. 

  VF Confirms that the current investors of supreme’s are The carlyle group and Goode partners and now they are selling their stakes VF said. 

 In Press release VF said that they both have similar customer bases. So there will be regular sales in the market. 

  Supreme mainly sells their products through online and owns 11 stores, including Asia and Europe. 

 In the trading market company’s stock had risen to 10%.
